At Stanley & Associates, we aim to treat our clients not as mere numbers, but as real people. We do not avoid our clients calls, questions, or concerns. We take the time to get to know both the client and the legal issue they are facing.

Our firm provides quality legal representation for injured Texans. We strive to be an aggressive and effective client centered law firm and seek to earn our clients’ trust by treating them with honesty, dignity, and respect.

We fight for the policy limits for all of our clients. Unlike many other firms, we focus on results – not gimmicks.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I can't afford to pay the attorney's fee?
Our attorneys work on a contingency fee basis. This means, you can retain our services with $0 in up-front-costs and we can begin working your case immediately. We only get paid if we win. If we lose, you owe us nothing.

How long is the statute of limitations to file suit for a personal injury claim in Texas?
In Texas, you have two (2) years from the date of the incident to file a lawsuit.

What types of cases does your firm work on?
Our firm focuses on personal injury cases such as: car accidents, 18 wheeler accidents, motorcyclist accidents, bicyclist accidents, rideshare accidents, slip and falls, premise liability, dog bites, and work place injuries (not workers comp).

What is my personal injury or insurance claim worth?
This depends on several factors since every case is unique. Three main factors are: severity of your injury, medical treatment, and the policy limits available for your case.

Our attorneys will be able to evaluate your case based on the information you provide, so please share as many details as possible with our team in order to maximize your potential settlement.

On average, how long does it take before a settlement/trial is reached?
On average, our firm can reach a settlement within 3 to 6 months when clients follow our guidance. However, we ask that clients be patient as it is normal for some to last a year or more depending on the severity of your injury and the at-fault party’s insurance company.
